Are you paying the full cost of your prescription drugs today?

Help is now available.  Tri-State Business Group on Health has put a program together, the TSBGH Prescription Drug Card Program, that can provide you with the same level of discount prices for your prescription drugs that large companies are paying.

We have taken the leverage we have in representing over 15,000 covered lives in the Tri-State area and turned it into a Community Benefit program that can provide you with savings of 15% to 55% on your prescription drugs.

Who is Eligible for this program?
Any individual, their spouse and dependent children under the age of 25 in the household.

What is the program?
This program enables people to receive discounts of 15% to 55% on their prescription medications at over 55,000 pharmacies nationwide.  Discount amounts vary, and on medications there could be no other discount due to programs already in place at the pharmacy for that particular medication.

Do I have to change medications in order to receive savings?
No, all brand name and generic drugs which require a prescription are included; there are no exclusions.

What limitations apply?
- There are no quantity limits, receive as much medication as prescribed.
- There are no limits on the number of prescriptions filled or refilled.
- There are no forms to fill out.

How much does the program cost?
The cost is $24.00 per year for the entire family!  Since this is an annual fee program, there are no refunds.  You will have an option to not renew at your anniversary date.

How does the program work?
When you enroll in the program, you will receive an identification card mailed directly to your home.  Simply present your identification card at your pharmacy when filling your prescription.

Once you compare the discounted price you pay against the full price that you would have paid, you will be convinced that the TSBGH Prescription Drug Card Program is a valuable tool in keeping prescription medications affordable.  After all, maintaining your health is very important and taking your medications as prescribed by your doctor is critical to maintaining your health.

You may also choose to use the mail service program to receive even greater savings.

How do I enroll in the Program?
Simply click here for an enrollment form.  Print the form, fill it out, and mail it along with your check or money order for $24.00 payable to "Prescription Drug Card Program" to the address on the form.

You will become effective on the first day of the month following receipt of your enrollment form and check (if received by the 24th of the month).  Your identification card and other materials will arrive in the mail shortly before your 1st of the month effective date.  You may begin using your card anytime on or after your effective date.

An annual renewal notice will be sent to you each year to ensure that your card remains active.

Who could benefit from the program?
